  1. ELGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of January 6, 2025, except for employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
  2. PRIZE AWARD: Prizes will be awarded based on the following criteria:
    • Number of entries collected based on the required actions (comment = 1 entry, video submission = 2 entries). A designated team member will review, verify and collect all valid entries.  Each valid entry will be assigned a number. Winners will be selected based on the highest number of entries. The top three submissions receiving the highest number of entries submitted will be selected as winners. If there is a tie between winners, we will use the following social media selection tool (https://www.viralsweep.com) to pick the final winners.
Winners will be announced on social media platforms. Follett Software will contact winners via direct message on the social media platform used to enter to get mailing address. Each winner will be mailed their Bluetooth speaker directly from the ecommerce site (Walmart.com). Winners must respond within 72 hours and provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
  1. PRIZE: These winners will each receive one Bluetooth speaker (Approximate Retail Value: $27.99 USD). Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. Limit one prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by consistent with the criteria set forth in Section 4. THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND THE ENTRANT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
